WHAT IS THE SHIPPING TIME AND COST?
For purchases over €150 in our online store we have free shipping (Europe) and €185 for the rest of the world.
For purchases less than this amount, the shipping cost will be €15 (Europe).
The delivery time of orders will be 2 to 8 business days depending on the location of the city of destination of the purchase.

CAN I CHANGE MY CLOTHES?
Yes . Changes are accepted up to 15 CALENDAR DAYS AFTER THE DELIVERY DATE , as long as you meet the conditions to do so.
- Discounted products are considered final sale and are not suitable for exchanges, but they do have a guarantee.
- FOR HYGIENE AND SAFETY, EXCHANGES OF PANTS, STOCKINGS AND BODYSUITS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. If you have doubts about choosing your size, we advise you to review the measurement tables that you find in the information or photos of the products or write to us at +34 664 655 775 and we will be happy to advise you.
- The product warranty covers quality defects, it does not cover mishandling, misuse, or poor washing of the garments.
- Please make sure to wear underwear when trying on the garments.
- Products that do not have the original labels in place, are washed in any way, dirty, worn, damaged or stained, will not be taken into account for this process. No exception will be made regarding these conditions. If we receive the product in any of these states, the merchandise will be returned. We apply all these measures to guarantee your satisfaction.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR WASHING AND CARE OF GARMENTS:
1 . Wash them by hand very carefully and gently. Only with cold water and liquid soap for delicate garments without bleach or corrosive agents.
2. Do not soak or twist.
3. Dry in the shade. Avoid hooks or clips that could damage lace and cups.
4. We recommend special care with cups and lace: Do not fold them, iron them, twist them. Spread them out to facilitate drying.
5. Never use a dryer or wash with hot water. Do not use a brush.
When storing them in your closet, spread out the cups and put one bra behind the other. Do not fold one glass over the other.
